Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using Beauty Time, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Beauty Time. If you are not legally an adult where you live, you need permission from your parent or legal guardian.

2. The service

Beauty Time is a personal organization tool for creating cosmetic skincare routines, scheduling local reminders and timers, recording consistency, managing a product list, and keeping optional notes and progress photos.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules.

3. Not medical advice

Beauty Time is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any disease or health condition. Any routines, ingredient guidance, reminders, or safety messages are general educational information and are not a substitute for professional care.

Patch test where appropriate, introduce active ingredients gradually, use sunscreen as directed, and stop using products that cause irritation. Seek help from a dermatologist or another qualified professional for severe, persistent, or concerning symptoms.

4. Your content and device

You retain ownership of the notes, photos, product information, and other content you create or add. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to use that content and for keeping it lawful.

Your app content is stored locally. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining any backups you consider necessary. Clearing app data, losing your device, or uninstalling Beauty Time may permanently remove local information.

5. Beauty Time Premium

On iOS, some features may require an auto-renewing weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Before purchase, Beauty Time displays the selected period, localized price, and any available introductory trial or offer. The exact price and availability are those shown by Apple at confirmation.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal during the 24 hours before expiry.
• You can manage or cancel through Apple Settings or the subscription-management entry available in Beauty Time.
• Cancellation normally preserves Premium access through the end of the paid period.
• Apple processes payments and handles refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law.

Deleting Beauty Time or clearing local data does not cancel a subscription. Paid access is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Beauty Time for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass purchases, security controls, or feature restrictions.
• Interfere with the app, its subscription services, or another user’s device.
• Reverse engineer, extract, copy, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent Beauty Time as providing medical diagnosis or guaranteed cosmetic results.

7. Intellectual property

Beauty Time’s software, design, interface, branding, original text, and other app materials—excluding content you add—are owned by Elias Aquino or used under license. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Third-party services

Beauty Time relies on Apple for app distribution and payments and on RevenueCat for subscription management. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for an outage or decision made by a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and changes

We may correct, improve, add, or remove features and may release updates needed for compatibility or security. We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature, product, price, or offer will be available in every country or on every device.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beauty Time is provided “as is” and without additional warranties of cosmetic results, uninterrupted operation, or suitability of a routine or product for you.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, reliance on general skincare information, loss of local data, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Beauty Time and erase local data at any time. We may limit access to versions that create a security risk or materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where applicable.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app, its providers, or applicable law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

13. Governing rules

Mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies where required. Before starting a formal claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
