By downloading or using the MyBias application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Application

MyBias allows you to transform images into digital collectible cards and organize them in albums. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for the images you import, create, or store within MyBias.

• Copyright: You declare that you have the necessary rights or permission to use the images you upload to the application. MyBias is an empty tool; you provide the content.
• Responsibility: The Developer is not responsible for copyright infringements committed by the user when creating cards with protected material.
• Content Privacy: Since the application works locally on your device, we do not moderate, view, or store your content.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions are managed and canceled directly through your Apple account settings.
• Any refund requests must be processed directly with Apple, as we do not process payments.

4. Intellectual Property

The application design, source code, and interface graphics (excluding content created by you) are the property of Elias Aquino.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to see any changes.
